GOLF TIP OF THE WEEK

” Don’t hit the ball, swing at the ball”

What image came to mind when you read the above statement? Does it make sense? Visualize this: “I am going to swing the golf club and the ball is going to get in the way” Visualizing this should promote a long fluid swing as opposed to a quick, short hack at the ball. Most people we see at our Learning and Performance Centre  are hitters. Ernie Els swings the club. Visualize his swing and you are on the right track.
